1.   HOW DO I CONTACT LASCOLASER?

Please note: Even though we do not send junk email, junk email filters with your internet provider or email software may not allow our response to make it to you in some cases. You might consider adding our domain to your "safe list.”

2.   HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost is calculated within the “Shopping Cart” area of the website.  When you add items to the shopping cart you will see how much the shipping cost is when you put your State and Zip code in the “Estimate Shipping and Tax area.”  You can find out the shipping costs of your order without being required to fill in any other information.

3.   WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We strive to process all orders promptly when they are received. Once we receive your     order, we usually process it same-day or it may take up to two business days maximum to process and prepare to ship. The shipping method you choose during checkout will then begin after processing time had passed. Even though orders are taken 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, packing and shipping occurs between 8:00-5:00PM Monday through Friday. Note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. During checkout, we will require a physical street or mailing address which is not a PO Box number.
Please note that if the products you order are out of stock, orders are sometimes shipped directly to you by the manufacturer or distributor. This ensures a speedy delivery and a fresh product along with the best price. Occasionally, you may receive your order in more than one shipment depending on the availability of certain items.

4.   WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When you place your order with LascoLaser you will receive a confirmation email.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email with your method of shipment and your tracking number.

5.   DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?

If you’re a Public Organization such as Municipality, University, Public School, or Government Agency, then you have the option of paying by Purchase Order.  The Purchase Order must be pre-approved by your department and faxed or mailed to us before we process any order. 

6.   WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ORDER?

Please DO NOT ship any returns before getting approval and instructions from us before attempting any return.  ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED.  Please fill out the Return Authorized Materials Form and email to us at sales@lascolaser.com and we will provide instructions and a Return of Material Authorization (RMA) number. 
Please Note:  If a replacement product is requested, we reserve the right to have a technician attempt to trouble-shout via phone and/or email prior to making a return and having a replacement shipped. Some of our products are very technical in nature and many times the issues our customer’s experience can be resolved.

7.   WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

After an order is placed by a customer, the order is processed promptly.  To attempt a cancellation, you should contact us explaining which product and quantity that you ordered your full name and company name if used.  We cannot promise a cancellation but will try our best.  If we cannot cancel the order, the order will be shipped requiring you to possibly pay return shipping and possible restocking fee.  If your order is in transit, please do not refuse any order when it arrives unless you are directed to do so by Lasco Laser and Instrument Company.
IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, we also recommend that you call via phone and confirm that we received your emailed request because email can sometimes get auto-deleted by a spam filter before we ever receive your message. Please note you need to be prompt when contacting us to cancel an order because we start working on your order quickly. Also, you will need to wait for a confirmation of cancellation before you can consider your order FULLY canceled.

8.   DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

We do ship to Canada.  We use USPS as our preferred shipping method to Canada.  The United States Post Office does not charge brokerage fees unlike UPS so it is more cost effective to go with USPS.
All International orders may be subject to import fees, duty customs, brokerage, VAT  charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Lascolaser.com is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.
We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these import fees, duty customs, brokerage, VAT charges or additional taxes.

9.   IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

We take security very seriously.  The moment you click our checkout button, you are transferred to a secure area of our web site.  The entire order processing is done utilizing the most advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technology available.   Once you chose credit card payment you are securely transferred to Authorize.Net one of the top credit card processors.  None of your credit card information is every in our possession.

10.   DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Lascolaser.com only charges sales tax on orders shipped to customers located in the state of Michigan, USA.  If you are within the state of Michigan, and are sales tax exempt, check the sales Tax Exempt box and then fill in your Tax Exempt Number.

11.  WHERE IS LASCOLASER LOCATED?

Lasco, Inc. Laser and Instrument Company is located  at 3220 Jefferson Ave SE, Grand Rapids,  Michigan 49548.  Our warehouse, Showroom and Service is located at this address.

12.  WHAT IS LASCOLASER’S FAX NUMBER?

Our fax number is 616-949-2137.

13.  WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our web store is open all the time (24 hours, a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year) and you can submit an order online anytime.  We are able to answer phone calls and emails during our office hours of operation which are Monday-Friday 7:30-5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

14.  I’M HAVING TROUBLE PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE.  WHAT DO I DO?

If you are experiencing problems submitting an order to us online for some unknown reason, please contact us let us know what the problem is and we can process you order over the phone.

15.  CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

No, you cannot edit an order once it is in our system.  If you want to edit an existing order, please contact us and we can make the changes for you.

16.  DOES LASCOLASER REPAIR OLDER EQUIPMENT?

Yes,Lascolaser has an award winning service department. Lasco's service technicians are all factory trained and have an associate's degree in electronic repair, with an average of 10 to 20 years of experience. We service construction lasers, Leica Disto's, instruments and equipment from all the major manufacturers.

17.  IS LASCOLASER AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OF THE BRANDS THEY SELL?

Yes, Lasco Laser and Instrument Company is an authorized dealer of all brands represented.
When you buy any product from an authorized dealer, you are assured of a high level of reliability and honesty. We buy directly from the manufacturers, so that you receive only factory-fresh merchandise, with a full USA based warranty. All the accessories, user manuals, operators manuals, and gear that are packed in the box by the manufacturer will be included in your orders shipment. Any rebates or special offers that are offered by the manufacturer will be honored by them in the USA.

18.  TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or not, LascoLaser shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LascoLaser shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
